R&R-BETH pipe and duct systems are used worldwide in the complex plants of the R&R-BETH Group. They are used for the safe transport of waste gases loaded with product or residual material or for the safe forwarding of clean air.
By using different materials, calculating the necessary pipe cross-section and material thickness, static design of the complete piping and duct networks and the use of special manufacturing processes, the following special services can be achieved in addition to the standard use:
- Transport of abrasive dust-air mixtures (glass, stone, cobalt, heavy metals)
- Operational suitability up to 1,100 °C (discharge of hot gases above melting processes)
- Spans of 35 m between support structures
- Pipe components in cross-sections from 80-3500 mm
R&R-BETH pipe and duct systems can be manufactured in the material qualities stainless steel, black steel, steel with hot-dip galvanising, steel with Sendzimir galvanising or painted.
The complete R&R-BETH pipe and ductwork system can be insulated for heat, cold or sound insulation by a company of the R&R-BETH Group.
